Construction & Cost

Caps can be made of virtually any type of material and so it is true to say that a lot of cost would depend on the material used. However Caps, vary from one type to another and therefore a baseball cap will be constructed very differently from a golf cap, to give just a simple example. A baseball cap itself can be constructed differently and the number of panels or pieces could vary, though the standard is 6 pieces.  Fasteners can be different too, velcro, buttons etc can be used. Underlining and sweatbands also make a difference to the cost.  What is important to be able to evaluate exactly what the cost will be and to construct it in such a way so that it does not break apart and that the shape is fully retained. This why we think people come to CCI and we aim to prove that we do make a difference.
